PROGRAMS
1 Youth Soccer Club
LIGSDI will work with existing community and fourth division soccer clubs as well as establish new one for active participation of youths in local competition especially recognized league of the Liberia football Association (LFA).
LIGSDI currently runs two youth soccer clubs " Borough United FC and the Brewerville United FC and is expected to establish more clubs as resources become availible

2 Kick for Peace​
This program is an annual event that is celebrated every year in observance of the International Day of Peace. Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21 September. The UN General Assembly has declared this as a day devoted to strengthening the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations and peoples.
The event brings together over 100 youths annually through the world's most popular sport to promote peace and reconciliation as well as foster religious, political and tribal tolerance
3 FOOTBALL FOR ALL:
Through this program LIGSDI provide football to schools, communities as well as local sports authority.
4 CAPACITY BUILDING:
The Liberia Grassroot Soccer Development Initiative work with national and international soccer development partners to develop the capacity of community and fourth clubs coaches and clubs administrators.
GFA-Liberia was established in 2016 as an initiative of the Consolidated Youth for Peace & Development to provide disadvantaged children in slum and local communities with a very well organized set-up which operates in a safe & friendly environment for all. We are particularly passionate about what we do and the important role we provide to children in our communities and to football development in Liberia. We strongly believe the most important thing is that the children enjoy playing football, receive qualified friendly coaching and remain passionate about football whilst developing life skills that we teach via our sessions. We understand what’s required to correctly guide a child’s learning & development and how football can be taught effectively.
